Gomti Nagar Co-living project is located in Gomti Greens by Emaar MGF, having proximity to Lucknow’s upcoming iconic Chak Ganjaria city. The project tries to invent a Co-living ambiance that is very much rooted in this city’s culture and climate. Designed around a rectangular courtyard, it is flanked by a staggered staircase which is being built for the first time in Lucknow. It also happens to be Lucknow’s first exclusively designed Co-living space.

The property is being built on a 288 square meter plot, it faces South-West and is located in a compact neighborhood with other plots on three sides. Our design draws in light and ventilation from three sources; the front setback, central courtyard, and a backyard. It has been designed as a modern Lakhnawi Kothi and tends to respect the city’s notable ancient architecture.

This Co-living space will be run by Mr. Hassan and his family who are now settled in New Delhi but have their roots in Lucknow. It will attract people from nearby institutions like IIIT Lucknow, Ansal Institute of Technology, and HCL. The project is expected to be one-of-a-kind in Lucknow & Central UP and will enable new and better student living conditions here.
